When Things Go Wrong

When firing pottery in a kiln, on rare occasions things can go wrong. This is because by the very nature of the process and the chemical changes that happen at high temperatures, a flaw may occur.

If this happens then we will endeavour to rectify and save your work of art but if that is not possible we will give you an opportunity to paint again to the value of that piece.
